I believe and support the U.S. Constitution in protecting the U.S. Borders. I also believe that America has zero tolerance for gang-bangers terrorizing our communities with guns and graffiti, and if caught, they should be sent back to wherever they came from.
In regards to illegal immigrants, those who have been in America should be allowed to stay, however there should be a fee ($5,000 or more) and an obligation to speak English and pass the American Citizen-SHID test in order to stay. In short, I am against opening the door for illegal immigrants to enter America. However I support provisions and circumstances that allow special pardons, with obligations agreed upon to enter America.
